Introduction to Brand-A-Brew

About 2 months ago, we brewed our first home brewed beers. We knew we wanted to do more than just make beer though, we wanted to share the experience of sudsy homebrews with our friends, but since it was all homemade, we had nothing to call it.

With all the beer that we could foresee experimenting with, it would be a undergoing in an of itself trying to name and design all the labels, cause - that's just what I'd do, I'd probably lose my job to making beer, drinking beer and designing the labels .

After short contemplation - Brand-A-Brew was then born. We wanted people to aim for the stars and name and design their own labels - then choose the best one. The awarded contestant would then have his labels printed by a good friend and sponsor and adhered to the prize batch brew. The first contest was held.

We shipped out a crapton of brews and waited. Waited for the buzz to start, and I must say - that it did.  Sending them out without test-tasting first was a risky idea, but they got a pretty solid review.

Then the labels began to roll in, and here before you they lie. So grab a monocle, and take a gander. Chose a label and email your ballots to luke.worley@gmail.com with subject line filled out as “Brand-A-Brew Contest”.

Happy Voting.
